Amelie

My new niece (Amelie Constance Blossom W.) was born yesterday at 10.44 a.m. She was 5lb 15oz, a very good weight for a baby born 7 weeks premature. I went to visit her (and my sister) yesterday, a welcome break from revision. She is beautiful, so perfectly formed and looks far too large to have been inside the body of my petite sister! Although in an incubator at the moment, she is healthy and I'm looking forward to my first cuddle.
